Hello Bruce,how are you doing.Do you remeber the first nite we got to black horse.I just got back from taking a shower,when the mortors started drop in camp.I jumted in the ditch until it was all over.I was only there three days when we were sent to TanNan.I think there was two scrapers and a blade.I was only in country 18 days when i hit a mine(200)lbs right tire.Screwed up hearing,i could'nt stand up.I was sent back to base camp which I found out was Bear Cat.When did the 595th move?Well anyway I had a week off,then they gave me another scraper and sent me back down there.We finished this in 3 weeks and went back to Bear Cat.Dave Horras,Ansel Hill& Richard O'neil were with me.Richard O'neil called me 2 weeks ago.The week before i started to look up everone i could think of,34 names i found under Rerence USA.So far I've talk to Denis Shropshire.Irvin Woodworth,Anesl Hill and O'Neil.WE would like to get a reunion together.I don't know how many have computors or even get on this web site.I'm going to see if my daughter can set this up for me soon. I'm to slow at typing ha ha. If you know anyone or in touch with anyone, get names,ph. ect.
