I don't remember Chicken Man on Armed Forces Radio in Nam, but I do remember that it was on radio stations back in Cleveland after I got out of the army. I believe it was later syndicated. What I do remember about the radio station in Nam was that every morning from 5 to 6 AM, they would play country music, while they played rock and roll the rest of the day. I remember that we had music on ALL THE TIME. It was our link back to the real world.
