Larry, my apologies!! I have been away from here for a long time now....I guess I got diverted to other places.
The long range radar...I can't remember its name, but it was rather impressive...40 mile range, and back then the commo van they had it in seemed like something out of what I can only call "star trek".
I have never done any research on any past "owed" medals....kind of stayed out of the mindset after I left the Army in late 79. Who knows, maybe there is one on a musty shelf for me.
I never located any of the guys, and I have tried. As rare as Vroomans name is....I haven't been able to find him, or Brodey. I wish I could find or access a unit roster for that period.
