i think you are talking about the little compound just inside the arvn gate off the main rd.when you turn off the main road, it was on the left. it was a dirt road that led to the post office. i wasn't there until 1971 but it was a searchlight outfit then we were 29th arty. our motto was "light for the fight". we were in tents for a very short time after i got there, but we built small one story barracks, ammo room, commo shack, and small club. there is a picture of it on this site. when you answer this, i'll direct you to it. barry "shorty" womack
