I fear that your question will be lost way down here on this discussion list…too few people read through the entire list of find topics of interest. May I suggest that you go to the VA Discussion page of this same site (you are in the "General" discussion page) and read the Agent Orange entries there. You will find comments from Delta GIs who have dealt with the same questions you will face. You can post your remaining questions at the top of that page where they will be found more easily.
I believe that an early step for you is to contact the VA office in Tallahassee.
