Hey Shorty, I was a member of the 29th. I was stationed at Dong Tam however. I was there in 67-68 feb. Was going home when the barracks was rocketed.I was in H battery.I was there briefly to Rotate to the states, also with a team to get tent barraks and return to Dong Tam, by river boat. I was there 2 weeks.You had it made there. Should have come to Dong Tam, and My Tho, where I ended up after making good ole Lt. Keith mad at me.I got his email address after all these years and he wouldnt even answer me.Guess he knows who was wrong about the war. Told him what I thought of the wait for permission to fire back, rule. I also sent President Jhonson a Christmas Card, Got one back in the hands of a Major. That galded him. I guess I was to much rebel for him. Especially being a Sgt. Anymore 29th arty out there?
