Is Henry his first or last name? With your reference to SEALS & the Brig, I'd guess that he was in the Navy, there was the Binh Thuy Navy base just a couple of miles past the Can Tho Army Airfield on the other side of the road on way out to Binh Thuy Airbase about 4 or 5 miles farther to the West. Post as much information as you can, his rating, dates in country, job, outfit, names of any of his buddies, etc. The more information you here the better chance that someone will remember him and the incident.
