Dan, I remember them very well. One night we were positioned along the fence line on the road and behind the motor pool. A friend of mine George Phillipone,(I'm sure I misspelled his last name)was in the last guard tower behind the motor pool when they fired a few volleys across the compound. George said that he came close to jumping out of the tower.
