I found http://www.emedicine.com/OPH/topic245.html on the web that describes this problem. The bullseye you describe is a severe, long term manifestation. My retinas look like Fig 4 in the article. I am definitely going to bring this to the attention of a retina specialist. (The one I've seen in the past didn't have a clue what could have caused the damage)...I won't be seeing him again.
