Recently the doctor at my local VA who handled Agent Orange vets advised me that we will ALL get diabetes Type Two, probably someplace between ages 60 and 65. It has been added to the list of compensatible diseases. I've also seen recent articles on 2-4,D, which is one of the two major components and is a commonlu used weed killer. Seems it may cause cancer and problems with pregnacy. What a surprise! Seriously guys, if you haven't been to the VA for the Agent Orange Registry exam, now is the time. It's a 0% disability rating at the moment, which may not seem like much but it does get you in for treatment. The biggest problem is that there is no in-service training on AO for interns and residents and you have to explain your symptoms a lot. They may be trying to close down AO Registry just when we are all going to need it. Write your congress-critters.
