Its a damn shame, Jim. From what I have been reading, government now assumes you were exposed if you were in-country between years 1962-1975. VA rep I spoke with says if I am type 2 diabetes diagnosed, I will probably qualify, but must gather up all this data prior to seeing them to fill out the applications.
