I was the one who designed this pin. It was a surprize to see it since I had forgotten all about it. I had used the logo, Best By Test, Above the Rest for a dispensary I ran in Ft Lewis just before I left for Vietnam. I'm sure it is totally unauthorized since there was no formal approval. It was made for a unit that officially didn't exist since we were made up of the medical sections of three separate units. Now it is in a medical museum. I would be curious who donated it.
